Again we were a part of the big festival of sports for kids in Prague.
Our seminar with Gaston Nicolessi (5th dan, France) was exceptionaly intensive. We worked with shifting weight and pressure on the partner. Also practice with swords and sticks was dynamic.
In May we went to Stockholm to learn more about teaching children classes.
As always, the seminar with Jan was very unusual. We explored old and known techniques from new angels. We were bringing life to aikido as well as to ourselves.
The first April weekend we went to farm Svobodný statek na soutoku in České Kopisty.
We had a chance to take part in an event organized for children from Klokánek Hostivice (home for children in need).

Stefan’s autumn seminar in our dojo – suprisingly intense pictures in red and blue colors. Maybe because Stefan is also writer and painter.
In November 2018 we organized (together with Czech Federation of Aikido) a big seminar for children and teenagers – there were more than 130 children tatami from 12 clubs from 3 countries.
Czech Federation of Aikido organized the first aid seminar for its teachers in our premises.
Usually it is not possible to take pictures on Franck Noel’s seminars. This time Czech Federation of Aikido was shooting promo video and few pictures went out.
Nikon presented new camera in Megapixel shop in Holešovice. Such nice and quick Japanese toy is necessary to test – ideally by taking pictures of dynamic and elegant Japanese martial art.

Considering the amount of our classes, number of students and high level of organized seminars we belong among the most active European aikido clubs.
