Practi­sing aiki­do 24 hours con­ti­nu­ally is expe­ri­en­ce which trully tests your phy­s­i­cal and men­tal limits. This year the event was in Koši­ce and the­re was more than ten peo­ple from Pra­gue. Mar­tin and Van­da from our dojo were among twel­ve tea­chers from seven coun­tries.
