One Sunday in June, we did a little work and a little practice in the vineyard of Bogdan Trojak in Zernosky. We really worked hard all day and we knitted less than 4 rows… out of an infinite number of lines.
A great reminder of how much human work is behind every tasty mouthful of food and every good sip of wine.
After lockdowns, as soon as it was possible, we started to practice outside. Running, climbing, monkey tracks, wrestling, fencing… there was so much movement that we didn’t even miss the tatami.
This year’s Japanese Autumn Festival was spectacular! After a two-year hiatus, over three thousand admirers of Japanese culture gathered at Prague’s Markéta. The festival was organized by the Association of Japanese in the Czech Republic (Čeko Nihonjin Kai) and we again had the great honour of demonstrating Aikido at the festival. It was really a pleasure to practice there.
